A label, also known as a sticker, is a piece of paper or polymer film designed to adhere to various surfaces. It is self-adhesive, meaning it can stick to the desired surface without the need for wetting or any other process, with minimal pressure.
One of the most familiar types of labels is postage stamps, which were developed in the 1840s in Britain
The resin used to manufacture labels is water-based (including the products produced by this company). It is evenly coated onto the surface of the siliconized paper or polymer film with a specific weight per unit area. During application, when the silicone layer is lifted, the adhesive layer on the back of the paper or polymer film is transferred and ready to adhere to various surfaces, including detergent containers, dairy plastic containers, and other commercial packaging.
